Great Rivers and Lakes Permaculture Institute-
"The Midwest Permaculture Convergence brings together leading voices in permaculture to explore how we regenerate ecosystems, strengthen local resilience, and navigate ecological, social, and economic challenges together.
This weekend is centered around earth-focused learning, essential conversations, and real-world skill sharing—with a rich mix of theory and practice, and space to connect with others building more resilient futures.
Featuring speakers including Barbara Starflower, Beth Robeson, Bill Wilson, Bryce Ruddock, Dale Hendricks, Julia Forrest, Kelly Clark, Mark Cohen, Mike Doughney, Mike Haasl, Milton Dixon, Peter Bane, Sabina Kneisly, and more!
More than a conference, this is a field-based gathering—a place to meet, eat, share knowledge, and learn alongside people actively doing this work."

I wanted to express my gratitude towards all the folks in the GLESS who came out to Green Roots Convergence, the Permaculture Intensive, the skills shares, and the Sunday visioning sessions, along with those who chose my session on Saturday. I learned a great deal from you, and look forward to crossing paths again.
